Who you are buying from

Tucko is made and licensed by Terrapixel — Wolfgang Wachelhofer, Heiligenstädter Straße 80/3/3, 1190 Wien, Austria. Contact [email protected].

Polar is the merchant of record and authorised reseller. You purchase through Polar under the Polar Buyer Terms; these terms govern your use of Tucko. Polar processes the payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts and payment refunds. Your order becomes binding only when you complete checkout, as described in Polar’s terms.

Free trial and activation

You can try Tucko for seven calendar days starting at first launch, without a payment card or automatic charge. After the trial ends, the app’s features require an activated Tucko licence key. Existing history remains on your Mac. Activation requires an internet connection; verified licences work offline for up to seven days after their last successful verification. Updates and reinstalling do not restart a trial.

Your licence

Each purchase grants one person a non-exclusive licence to use Tucko for personal or commercial work on up to 3 Macs they own or control. You may move the licence to replacement Macs, while keeping within that limit. Each additional user needs a separate licence.

The licence is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. It covers the version you purchase and every 1.x update. If a future major version is sold separately, upgrading will be optional; your existing licence continues to cover the versions already included. This does not promise compatibility with every future version of macOS.

You may keep a backup copy. You may not distribute the app or licence key publicly, sublicense or rent access, or use one personal licence for a team. These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot legally be restricted, including applicable rights concerning interoperability, lawful transfers or mandatory consumer protection. Third-party components retain their own licences.

Launch pricing

All stages include the same features and licence rights. Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. The amount shown at Polar checkout is the amount you are asked to pay. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

Delivery and compatibility

Tucko is delivered as a digital download. Following successful payment, Polar provides your purchase confirmation and access to the download through its customer portal. Use the email address you entered at checkout to retrieve your purchase.

Tucko requires macOS 13 or later and supports Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Apple Intelligence actions additionally require macOS 26 or later, a supported Mac, and Apple Intelligence enabled. Direct pasting and text expansion require macOS Accessibility permission. Link previews and live web pages require an internet connection.

Refunds and your consumer rights

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including after trying the app. See the refund and withdrawal policy. After a full refund, your licence ends and you must stop using the paid copy, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content, required updates, withdrawal and other consumer remedies remain unaffected. A technical problem does not automatically remove these rights. Contact us if the app does not work as described.

Your data and support

Your clipboard history stays on your Mac. Tucko is not a backup service; file cards reference the original files. The privacy policy explains local storage, optional network requests, purchases and support.

For installation, purchase or compatibility help, email [email protected]. Do not send passwords, complete card details or private clipboard history.

Applicable law

Austrian law applies to the software licence, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
