Tucko for Mac

A little help with Tucko.

Installation, purchases, and getting your clipboard working just right.

Contact us

Write to us below or email [email protected]. For a technical issue, include your Tucko version, macOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are welcome by email if they don’t contain private information.

Your download and receipt

Open the confirmation email from Polar sent to the address you used at checkout. Its customer-portal link gives you access to your purchased downloads and receipt. If the email is missing, check your spam folder or sign in to the customer portal using that same email address.

Tucko shares its Polar store with Pungo, another Terrapixel app, so the store may show the Pungo name. Look for Tucko for Mac in your purchases. Contact us with your order number if you need help; do not buy again just to retrieve a download.

Installing on your Mac

  1. Download the free trial from tucko.app or the disk image from your purchase.
  2. Open the disk image and drag Tucko into Applications.
  3. Launch Tucko from Applications and complete the introduction.
  4. Press ⌥ ⇧ Space to open your clipboard shelf.

Requires macOS 13 or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. Keep macOS security protections enabled; if macOS reports that a download is damaged or cannot be verified, download it again from your receipt and contact us.

Your trial and licence key

The seven-day trial starts when you first launch Tucko. After it ends, Tucko stops capturing and locks its features until you enter a valid licence key. Existing history is kept. Open the Tucko menu → Licence to enter the key from your Polar purchase. No payment card is needed for the trial and it never charges you automatically.

Activation requires the internet. A verified licence works offline for up to seven days after its last successful check. If Tucko asks to verify it, reconnect and select Verify Saved Licence. To free one of your three Mac slots, choose Deactivate This Mac from the licence window before moving the licence.

Updating Tucko

Tucko 0.1.5 and later checks for updates daily and asks before installing. You can also choose Check for Updates from the Tucko menu or Settings → About, including when the trial has ended. An update never restarts your trial or removes your saved history. Older releases need one manual installation of the new version before in-app updates are available.

When pasting needs permission

Direct pasting and text expansion use Accessibility permission. Enable Tucko in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. Without that permission, you can still copy an item from the shelf and paste it with ⌘V.

Apple Intelligence actions

These actions require macOS 26 or later on a compatible Mac with Apple Intelligence enabled and its on-device models available. Clipboard history, search, pinboards and the other core features do not require Apple Intelligence.

Refunds

We offer a full refund when requested within 14 days of purchase. Read the refund policy for the steps and your statutory rights.
